The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as, ‘BNSS’), seeking issuance of a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for the production of the minor daughter of the petitioner, who is stated to be missing since 05.09.2026. 2. We are glad to know that Ms.X has since been traced and recovered from Amritsar, Punjab. She has been medically examined at the GGS Hospital, Raghubir Nagar, Delhi and her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS has also been recorded before the Court of This is a digitally signed order.
