This Writ Petition has been filed against the action of the respondent authorities as they have blacklisted name of the petitioner in their web portal (Annexure P/1). 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed as vide order dated 08.01.2026, name of the petitioner has been removed from the blacklisted list. As such, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, however, he would also seek liberty of this Court to file appropriate petition seeking administrative action against the erring officials as the blacklisting was not in accordance with law. 3. Considering the submission of the petitioner that his grievance has already been redressed, this Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in favour of the petitioner to file appropriate petition challenging the action of blacklisting his name.
