When the matter is taken up today during lunch motion, Ms.Rithuika Koganti, learned counsel representing Mr.N.Ashwani Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant, would submit that they have filed I.A.No.1 of 2026 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Family Court Appeal. 3. Placing the submission on record and taking into note of the averments made in the accompanying affidavit, filed in support of I.A.No.1 of 2026, permission is granted to withdraw the Family Court Appeal. 4. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2026 is ordered. Consequently, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
