In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for disclosure of his result of NEET-UG-2026 Exam, which is admittedly withheld. 3. Shri Desai, learned counsel for the petitioner draws our attention to the order dated 10.08.2026 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Aurangabad in Writ Petition No.8589/2026 and connected matter, wherein interim protection came to be granted and thereby directed to declare the result. Prity 2 / 2 109.wp6479.2026 4. It is submitted that similar is the course adopted at the Principal Seat and in the similar matter such order came to be passed. 5. Shri Sathianathan, learned counsel for the CBI, on instructions, makes a statement that the petitioner is not the accused. 6. Shri Chaudhari, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1, 2 & 4 requests for placing this matter on 24.08.2026. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out the revised schedule which shows that today till 8:00 p.m. the registration can be made by the petitioner, if the result is disclosed. 7. In the circumstances, considering the statement of CBI that the petitioner is not an accused, we are of the opinion that the same order as passed by the Aurangabad Bench, should be passed in this petition. 8. Accordingly, we direct the respondent No.2 to declare the result of the petitioner by 4:30 p.m. today. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 9.
