Romesh Verma, Judge (oral): The instant petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 2631 of 2026, dated 9th March, 2026. 2. This case was listed on 11th August, 2026, and the learned Additional Advocate General was directed to have current instructions in the matter. 3. Today, the learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a copy of the office order dated 27th July, 2026, whereby the Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- representation preferred by the present petitioner has been accepted and allowed. 4. Faced with this situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the present petition can be closed, however, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in case any of the grievances still remain unredressed. 5. In view of the compliance as made by the respondents, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition. Accordingly, the same is closed, with liberty as prayed for. Notice discharged. 6.
