That though there was no interim order, this Court by order dated 04.07.2022 had observed that the tender process would be subject to result of the petition. He further submits that in view of the passage of time, petition has rendered itself infructuous. Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, list this matter on 10.06.2026 for the say of the petitioners." There is no representation even today.
