Learned counsel for the respondent, however, submits that he has no objection to restoration of the suit, subject to payment of costs. 2. He further prays that the suit being of the year, 2012, the Trial Court shall consider expeditious disposal of the same. 3. The suit is restored, subject to payment of costs of Rs.25,000/-.
