JUSTICE ANUP JAIRAM BHAMBHANI O R D E R % 07.04.2026 Further to what was recorded in order dated 25.03.2026, Mr. Rahul Tyagi, learned ASC appearing for the State has handed-up a copy of Status Report dated 06.04.2025, which confirms that the medical documents furnished by the petitioner are genuine. A copy of OPD record dated 07.04.2026 has also been handed-up in court. Both documents are directed to be taken on record. Mr. Anmol Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that the petitioner’s wife needs kidney transplant; and the petitioner is the kidney donor. Learned counsel submits, that vide OPD record dated 07.04.2026 i.e. today, the petitioner’s wife has been cleared by the gynaecology department for the kidney transplant procedure. Mr. Pandey submits, that the hospital will now give a date for the kidney transplant procedure of the wife. The Investigating Officer, who is present in court, also confirms that the petitioner’s wife is undergoing kidney transplant and that the petitioner is in fact the donor.
