Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral): The present petition has been filed for non compliance of the judgment as passed by this Court in CWP No. 1935 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026. 2. The matter was listed on 31.07.2026 and the learned Additional Advocate General was directed to obtain instructions. Today, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office order dated 15.05.2026, whereby the case of the petitioner has been considered and it has been held that the petitioner is entitled for grant of work charge status. Therefore, the present petitioner has been conferred the work charge status after completion of eight years daily wage service 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- we.f. 01.01.1998. However, the work charge status has been granted notionally without financial benefits. 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition be closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition in case any of his grievance still remains unaddressed.
