Learned counsel for respondent No.3 would submit that challenge in this writ petition is to the election of High Court Bar Association of the year 2021 held on 27th and 28th of October, 2021 as per the pleadings made in the writ petition. He further submits that tenure of elected body has already come to an end and thereafter, new election has already taken place for the year 2023-25 and thereafter again a fresh election in the year 2026 has also been held and new body has been elected, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous. 3. Considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioner as also the pleadings made in the writ petition and further considering that there is no representation on behalf of petitioner, even when this case is taken up for hearing in the second round, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss this petition for want of prosecution. 4.
