Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral ) The execution is sought of the judgment passed on 13.03.2012 (Annexure E-1), in which the present petitioners were one of the two petitioners i.e. petitioners No.5 and 2 respectively. 2. It is the case of the petitioners herein that some benefits were given 24.08.2018, but other benefits such as annual increment, have not been paid. 3. Nothing has been brought on record by the petitioners to show that they approached the respondents for 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:34814 redressal of their grievance and whether the other co-petitioners, who were party in the writ petition, have got the same relief. 4. Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioners submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the execution petition, with liberty to firstly approach the respondents with a detailed representation and in case, State takes no action on the said representation, then to approach the Court afresh. 5. Accordingly, the present execution petition is disposed of, with liberty, as prayed for. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. (G.S.
