1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the writ petition and may be pleased to direct the respondents to consider for the post of appointment of staff nurse and after the verification in the petitioner is found fit, the petitioner may be given an opportunity for the post of staff nurse. 10.2 That any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper together with cost of the petition. REKHA SINGH
-2- 10.3 That, in view of the facts and grounds incorporated in the writ petition, the respondent No.5 who has been illegally appointed as Staff Nurse, her appointment dated 02-03-2022 (Annexure P-4) be declared illegal and void and the respondent No.4 be directed to removed the respondent No.5 and to appoint the petitioners in her place. "

Mr. Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State would submit that by filing this petition, the petitioner has claimed appointment on the post of Staff Nurse at Sanyukt Eklavya Adarsh Awasiya Vidyalaya Paladi Khurd, Block Sakti, District Janjgir- Champa (C.G.) and she has already been offered appointment on the said post on 02.03.2022. He would contend that respondent No.5 was temporarily appointed on the said post. He would further contend that as grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, this petition has rendered infructuous.
3. Taking into consideration the submissions advanced by Mr. Sharma, this petition is dismissed.
