Petitioner has filed the present petition for the following reliefs: Digitally signed by V PADMAVATHI Date: 2026.05.18 18:22:25 +0530 Wpcr 279 of 2026 2 “10.1 That the Hon’ble High Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble High Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 03.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) and also to direct respondents to release petitioner on parole under the Chhattisgarh Prisoner’s Leave Rules 1989. 10.3 That, any other relief, this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper may also be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. This is second round of litigation. By way of the present petition, the petitioner is challenging the impugned order dated 03.04.2025 passed by the respondent-3, whereby the application of the petitioner to get benefit of parole was rejected. Petitioner is in jail since 10.10.2022. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has also filed an appeal bearing No.CRA-964 of 2024, which is pending consideration before this Court and he in the 1st round of litigation, preferred WPCR-310 of 2025 before this Court which was rejected on 12.06.2025. 4. Considering the fact that in the 1st round of litigation same prayer of the petitioner has been rejected in WPCR-310 of 2025 vide its order passed on 12.06.2025 and also in view that petitioner has filed an appeal CRA- 964 of 2024, which is pending consideration, we are not inclined to grant any benefit to the petitioner in the present petition. However, Wpcr 279 of 2026 3 petitioner is at liberty to make an effort in the CRA-964 of 2024 which is pending consideration before this Court in accordance with law. 5.
