The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this Writ Petition in support of their representation seeking for grant of patta in the name of the petitioner. 2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation seeking for grant of patta for the subject property on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
