Reddy, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Shafath Ahmed Khan, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri M. Vengala Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Kurnool Municipal Corporation, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Commissioner, Kurnool Municipal Corporation dated 04.05.2026. Copy of it is supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. The relevant portion of the Written Instruction is usefully extracted hereunder: “With reference to the subject cited, I am to inform you that, Ms.Zamrud Sulthana, Kurnool has filed WP No.10506/2026 before the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, alleging that 2nd Respondent lay down road high handedly and illegally in the private land of the Petitioner in Sy No 79 to an extent of Ac 0 30 Cents situated at Zamrud Nagar Mamidalapadu without notice without land acquisition process. In this connection, I am to inform that, the Kurnool Municipal Corporation is not proposed road in the Petitioner' site, and also not called for any tenders for laying of road in the said Zamrud Nagar, Sy.No.79 of Mamidalapadu, Kurnool Municipal Corporation, Kurnool.” 3. The above extract would indicate that as of now, there is no proposal for road in the site belonging to the Writ Petitioner and the Respondents have not called for any tenders for laying of road in Zamrud Nagar, Sy.No.79 of Mamidalapadu, Kurnool Municipal Corporation. 3 4. Having so recorded, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to the Respondent Authorities to follow the due process of law in future. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 6.
