Let the Status Report filed by MCD be brought on record, subject to removal of office objection(s), if any. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 has handed over a copy of the judgment dated 20.03.2026 passed by the learned Trial Court in his favour, which is taken on record. This, he submits, pertains to a suit for permanent injunction which was instituted by the said respondent no.4 against the petitioner herein qua the very same property involved herein. 3. Further, drawing attention of this Court to Annexure P5, the learned counsel for respondent no.4 submits that even though there is a passing reference thereto, there are no assertions made and/ or grounds raised qua This is a digitally signed order. He submits that it is relevant to note therefrom that the petitioner despite being duly served before the learned Trial Court and being duly aware of the judgment dated 20.03.2026 passed therein, has deliberately withheld the same at the time of approaching this Court, primarily with a view to secure some order behind the back of the respondent no.4. As such, learned counsel seeks dismissal of the present petition. 4. Upon query, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the petitioner was very well aware of the same and that the said Annexure P5 was forming a part of the complaint. 5. Considering the aforesaid conduct of the petitioner, particularly, since he has approached this Court with unclean hands by not making a whisper and/ or disclosing the details about the judgment dated 20.03.2026 passed by the learned Trial Court in favour of the respondent no.4 and by withholding it from this Court, and that too despite being well-aware of the same and also that the same was pertaining to the very same property involved herein, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner has approached this Court with mala fide intentions. 6. Consequently, as held by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Dalip Singh vs. State of U.P. (2010) 2 SCC 114 that a litigant, who attempts to pollute the stream of justice or who touches the pure fountain of justice with tainted hands, is not entitled to any relief, interim or final, the present petition is dismissed, albeit subject to costs of Rs.10,000/- to be paid in favour of Delhi High Court Bar Association Lawyers Social Security and This is a digitally signed order.
