JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 25-06-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No.232 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. The petitioner and co-accused Gajala Khatoon are said to have killed the brother of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2025. 4. It has come during investigation that Gajala Khatoon, who is the wife of the deceased, was in a relationship with this petitioner and they have planned the murder of the deceased. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. 6.
