Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of communication dated 12.08.2026, issued by the Regional Manager, HRTC, Pathankot, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid communication dated 12.08.2026, reveals that the first installment of arrears payable to the petitioner on account of back date regularization, on the analogy of Vikram Singh’s case, has been paid to the petitioner on 28.07.2026. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 04.08.2025, passed in CWP No.12561 of 2025, titled, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Raghubir Singh vs. HRTC and Another, has been complied with and total amount of arrears have been calculated to the tune of Rs.18,56,279/-, out of which first installment has been paid, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the payment of the total amount of arrears are not made in favour of the petitioner, as per the scheme of the respondents- Corporation, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
