Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain grievances of the petitioner still survives. Therefore, in view of office instructions now placed on record by the respondents, the present proceedings though be closed but liberty be reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of his surviving grievances in accordance with law. 4. In view of above, present proceedings are closed. Notice issued to the respondent is discharged. Petitioner shall be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for redressal of his surviving grievances. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
