Quash the entire criminal proceedings arising out of Crime No. 116/2025 registered at Police Station Pali, District Korba (C.G.), and the consequent charge-sheet No. 225- A/2025 pending as Criminal Case JJB No. 197/2025 before the Learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Korba under section 190, 191 (2), 331 (6), 324 (4), 326 (g), 296, 351 (2) of the BNS, 2023 insofar as it relates to the present petitioner; 2. Pass an order setting aside all consequential proceedings, including cognizance taken by the Learned Juvenile Justice Board, Korba, against the present petitioner. 3. Grant any other relief(s), order(s), or direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 3. During the course of hearing, it has been noticed that the name and identity of the applicant, who is stated to be a juvenile, have been disclosed in the present petition, which is contrary to the settled procedure relating to protection of the identity of juvenile. 4. In such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition. 3 5. Accordingly, in view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh with proper particulars in accordance with law.
