1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsel.
2. The instant matters are listed today under the heading ‘To Be Mentioned’ since a typographical error occurred in the 1st line of paragraph 10 of the order dated
20.03.2026.

3. It is pointed out at the Bar that the affidavit in opposition should be filed by the respondent and not by the petitioner.
4. The typographical error, as pointed out in the 1st line of paragraph 10 of the said
order dated 20.03.2026 is apparent on the face of record and the same is corrected in the following manner: The word ‘Petitioner’ as appearing in the 1st line of paragraph 10 of the order dated 20.03.2026 be deleted and in its place the word ‘Respondent’ be inserted.
5. The department is directed to carry out necessary correction in the said order dated 20.03.2026 in terms of this order.
6. Let this order be treated as part of the
order dated 20.03.2026.
