Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 07.08.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1 and copy of office order dated 07.08.2026, passed by the Dy. Director School Education (Elementary), Shimla, District Shimla-171004, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 07.08.2026 reveals that the petitioners are not entitled for the promotional increment to the post of H.T. w.e.f. 01.10.2012, the date from which the promotional increments has been released 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 to such H.Ts who are promoted after 01.10.2012. 3. This Court, while passing the judgment on 16.05.2025 in CWP No.8021 of 2025, titled, Chet Ram & Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors, had only given direction to the competent authority to decide the representation made by the petitioner within a period of six weeks, in light of the decision passed in CWP No.2500 of 2021 titled, Ranjit Singh & Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. 4. Once the respondent/competent authority has passed order on the representation and rejected the same, the mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed in the present execution petition has been complied with and as such the execution petition is disposed of. However, in case, the petitioners are aggrieved by the order, whereby their representation has been rejected, they may avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 5.
