The present restoration application has been filed for restoration of the writ petition which has been dismissed on account of non-compliance of the order dated 27.10.2025. 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that inadvertently, the notices could not be filed within two weeks in compliance of the order dated 27.10.2025 as they thought that notice have to be filed within a period of four weeks. He submits that requisite notices and extra sets have been filed on 17.11.2025. 3. He, therefore, prays that dismissal of the writ petition in non-compliance may be set aside and the writ petition may be restored. 4. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. 5. If the notices in compliance of the order dated 27.10.2025 have been filed on 17.11.2025, the writ petition is restored. 6. If the same have not been filed, then this order will not come into effect. 7. With the above observations, the present Writ Restoration Application stands disposed of. 8.
