The petitioner also appeared through video conferencing and submitted that the grievance has been redressed, therefore, he does not wish to pursue the present petition, as the matter has been amicably settled. 3. The contesting parties have amicably settled the dispute. This Court is also satisfied that the terms and conditions of the compromise/settlement arrived at between the parties are just, proper and lawful, and therefore, the same deserve to be accepted. 4.
