The present petition has been filed by the petitioner against the transfer order dated 20-05-2022 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Office of Government Poultry Farm, Durg to the Office of Deputy Director, Veterinary Digitally signed by MOHAMMED AADIL KHAN Date: 2026.05.12 17:13:26 +0530 2 Services, Balod. During pendency of the present writ petition the respondents/State agreed to kept in abeyance the transfer order of the petitioner dated 20-05-2022 and she would be permitted to remain here at Office of Government Poultry Farm, Durg, however, she may be transferred again as and when occasion arises. 3. The State has also given their undertaking that they will recall/cancel the said order dated 20-05-2022 with respect to the transfer of the petitioner. The State has also submitted a memo dated 05-05-2026 by which the permission to give undertaking for disposal of the present writ petition and in accordance with the said memo dated 05-05-2026, they gave their consent that they will recall/cancel the transfer order dated 20-05-2022 with respect to the petitioner. 4. The petitioner in person also give her consent that she is ready to withdraw the present petition on the assurance given by the State and she does not press the present writ petition at present. 5. In view of the undertaking given by the State and also the submission made by the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of under the terms of the undertaking given by the State. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive her prayer if cause of action so arises.
