Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities. 3. The petitioner is as Assistant Teacher. She had applied for transfer on general ground. The application has, however, been rejected in the year 2021. Since a long period of time has lapsed since the application was made in 2021, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh application in the prescribed form with the school authorities by June 30, 2026. 4. The school authorities will consider the same and expedite the onward progression by sending such 2 application to the concerned District Inspector of Schools(S.E.), if she is otherwise eligible. 5. Since the ‘Utsashree Portal’ is suspended, the application will be made in the offline mode and be considered by the school and other authorities in the offline mode. 6.
