JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 24-06-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 57 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 319(2) & 318(2) of the B.N.S. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have been involved in the commission of cyber frauds. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence and falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2026 having clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submits that this is a case of cybercrime and individuals involved in such offences should not be shown leniency. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. 8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application.
