Mr.N.Dilipkumar, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the time frame stipulated by this Court. 4. The said submission is taken on record. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation/application dated 16.03.2026 submitted by the petitioner, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
