The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in respondent no. 6. The petitioner had applied for a transfer in online mode sometime in the year 2022, which was duly forwarded by the District Inspector of Schools in December 2022, to the Commission. The application is pending before the Commission. 3. The Commission, respondent no. 4 herein, and/or any person authorized by it, is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner by July 15, 2026. 4. The Commission will consider the application regarding the opted schools, provided said schools are not notified for some other recruitment process. 5. The order of transfer, if the petitioner is found eligible, will be communicated to him by the afore-stated date. 6. Since none appears on behalf of the Commission, Mr. Sunit Kumar Roy, learned Advocate, who is present in Court, is requested to take up this matter on behalf of the Commission. 7.
