DATED : 20 th AUGUST , 2026 . Heard. 2. Th allegation of fabrication of mark sheet is made by the learned Deputy Solicitor General of India. However, to find out the correctness of such allegation investigation agency is required and in any case though there are two different mark sheets filed on record, we cannot comment which one is fabricated and which one is genuine. 3. Learned DSGI submits that since the petitioner has wasted the time of this Court, some cost should be imposed upon the petitioner. 4. We are not of the view that any cost should be imposed for the reason recorded hereinabove that till the time the allegations of fabrication is established, it cannot be said 2026:BHC-NAG:10861-DB 2 4.wp.3802.2026.odt by us that Court’s time has been wasted. Hence, such request cannot be accepted. 5. In the circumstances, as the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, permission is granted with liberty to the respondents to lodge a report if respondents thinks it proper and desirous. 6.
