Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel representing the respondent has produced a copy of office order dated 13.08.2026 passed by the Executive Director, HRTC, Shimla-03, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of office order reveals that the petitioner has been allowed the benefit of regularization of his services w.e.f. 18.03.2008, treating his case on the analogy of Lekh Ram’s case being similarly situated. The due and admissible arrears of salary/pension for the entire period shall be paid to him. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? ( 2026:HHC:34380 ) 2 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 07.10.2023 passed in CWP No.5558 of 2023, titled, Sanjay Kumar vs. HRTC has been complied with and an office order dated 13.08.2026 has been issued, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case the respondent does not pay the arrears to the petitioner in terms of the instructions of the Finance Department dated 07.01.2012, taking the date as 07.10.2023, when the judgment was passed by this Court within six weeks from today, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
