Nemo for respondent No.5. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to conduct inquiry into the allegations of misappropriation and embezzlement of public funds relating to Gram Panchayat Juddu, Shillal, Tehsil Kupvi, District Shimla. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner had represented on 12.09.2025 (Annexure 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 P-3) to respondent No.3 on the aforesaid grievance, but no action till date has been taken in the matter. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner would be content in case respondent No. 3 is directed to consider the aforesaid representation/complaint and take it to the logical conclusion in accordance with law within a time bound schedule. Learned Deputy Advocate General is not averse to this prayer. 3. Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 3/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
