JUSTICE R.K. PATTANAIK Order No. ORDER 20.05.2026 01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2. Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with Pipili P.S. Case No. 559 of dated 24.10.2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.834 of 2022 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Pipili on the grounds stated therein. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. A copy of the chargesheet is at Annexure-2. It is informed to the Court that the petitioner is having six antecedents. This Court finds that the petitioner had earlier approached in ABLAPL No. 4689 of 2023 disposed of on 3rd July, 2023 denying him pre-arrest bail, hence, this Court is not inclined to reconsider any such plea but is in favour of allowing him the liberty to surrender before the learned court below demanding bail pleading parity after recording the objection of the State. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, ABLAPL is disposed of. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C., Pipili within three weeks from today in connection with Pipili P.S. Case No. 559 of dated 24.10.2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.834 of 2022 and moves an application for regular bail, it shall be duly considered in the first hour and in case of rejection, he shall approach the Sessions Court for orders on the same day considering his plea of parity and for the said purpose, the lower court case record shall be made available at the time of hearing. 6.
