02/ 13.07.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chandankiyari P.S. Case No. 14 of 2026, registered under sections 308(3), 115(2), 117 (2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Bokaro.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.2 has been arrested and in view of that he does not want to press anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner no.2.

Learned counsel for the State has got no objection.

Accordingly, anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not pressed on behalf of petitioner no.2 namely, Diljan Ansari.

Now, this anticipatory bail application is surviving only on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 and 3.

So far anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 and 3 is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and other side are agnates and there are land dispute between the parties for taking possession and there were free fight between them and both sides have received injury. He next submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and for the same incident petitioners side have also lodged F.I.R. being Chandankiyari P.S. Case No. 16 of 2026. On these grounds, he submits that petitioner nos. 1 and 3 may kindly be provide privilege of bail.
8. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits
( 2026:JHHC:20636 ) that allegations of assault are there.

Considering that petitioners and other side are agnates and there are case and counter case between the parties and both sides have received injury and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners no. 1 and 3. Accordingly, petitioners no. 1 and 3 are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners no. 1 and 3 shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Bokaro, in connection with Chandankiyari P.S. Case No. 14 of 2026, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023.
