Virender Singh, Judge Petitioners have filed the present petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order dated 26.05.2022, passed by the Court of learned District Judge, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P. 2. By way of the order dated 26.05.2022, the learned District Judge has dismissed the objections, filed by the present petitioners, in Execution Petition No.91 of 2018, Registration No.172/2018. 3. During the pendency of the present petition, before this Court, an offer has been made by the JDs to deposit the principal amount, as per Annexure P-7, in which, 1 Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? ( 2026:HHC:33842 ) the principal amount, due against the petitioners- (JDs)-Shiv Dayal (since deceased) is Rs.34,89,486/- and with interest, the same is Rs.43,65,932/-. 4. As per the offer, the JDs, being LRs of original JD- Shiv Dayal, are ready to deposit the principal amount of Rs.34,89,486/- within a period of three months, in case, the decree holder is ready to waive off the interest. 5. The said offer has duly been accepted, by the respondents and in this regard, abstract of the proceedings, vide Memo No.15 of 216, has been placed on record and it has been agreed that if, the principal amount is deposited, within a period of three months, then, the interest would be waived off. 6. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, by permitting the JDs (LRs of Shiv Dayal) to deposit the principal amount of Rs.34,89,486/- on or before 11.11.2026, failing which, the decree holder is entitled to recover the entire amount, as per the award. 7.
