Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioner seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Gudari P.S. Case No.24 of 2025 corresponding to T.R. Case No.22 of 2025 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Gunupur on the grounds stated. 3. In view of the earlier order dated 8th May, 2025 in ABLAPL No.4967 of 2025 as at Flag-B, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the plea of the petitioner, who is again directed to surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of. In the event, the petitioner surrenders within a fortnight from today and moves an application seeking regular bail, it shall be entertained in connection with T.R. Case No.22 of 2025 arising out of Gudari P.S. Case No.24 of 2025 and thereafter, disposed of on the very same day by an order dealing with all such plea raised by him before this Court. 6.
