The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kairo P.S. Case No.01/2026 dated 01.01.2026, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.2 and informant are husband and wife respectively. He further submits that now a good sense has prevailed between them and they have compromised the matter and for that, I.A. No.9231 of 2026 has been filed, which has been affidavited by both the sides. He submits that in view of that, anticipatory bail may kindly be provided to the petitioners. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that prima facie it appears that the compromise is there in light of the statement made in the said I.A. ( 2026:JHHC:20607 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 3727 of 2026 5. Learned counsel appearing for the informant accepts the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and submits that the compromise has taken place between the parties and the said I.A. is affidavited on behalf of both the sides separately. He submits that anticipatory bail may be provided to the petitioners. 6. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga in connection with Kairo P.S. Case No.01/2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7. Consequently, I.A. No.9231 of 2026 is disposed of.
