The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chatra Sadar PS Case No.371 of 2022, for offence registered under section 429 of IPC and Section 12(i) of Jharkhand Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter) Act, 2005, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved in ABA No.4882 of 2025 and the same stood dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 28.08.2025. He next submits that the petitioner has again moved another anticipatory bail application being ABA No.7239 of 2025 which was rejected by order dated 18.12.2025. He next submits that on fresh ground, the present anticipatory bail application has been filed. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that this is the third anticipatory bail application on the same ground and serious allegations are made of selling restricted beef, and on these grounds, anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Considering that twice anticipatory bail of the petitioner has been dismissed and the petitioner has not complied the said order and the same grounds have already been considered earlier and this is the third anticipatory bail application of this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, and as such this anticipatory bail application being A.B.A. No.3755 of 2026 is, hereby, rejected.
