The limited grievance of the petitioner is that in terms of Annexure P-2 upon his posting to the post of Naib Tehsildar, the petitioner has been transferred to Tehsil Office Dodra Kawar, District Shimla from Paonta Sahib, ignoring the fact that he has just one and half year to superannuate. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already represented to the Authority vide Annexure P-3 for modification of the said order. He prays that the said representation be ordered to be decided expeditiously. 4. In light of the fact that the petitioner is to superannuate within one and half year and he has already approached the Authority for his adjustment at some other station, the petition is 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:35602 disposed of with the observation that let an appropriate be taken upon the said representation of the petitioner within two weeks from today. Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in case he does not joins the station to which he stands transferred and he can avail the kind of leave due to him. While deciding the representation of the petitioner, this fact will be taken into consideration by the Authority that the petitioner has already served in a hard area.
