Mr. Rahul Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for the following reliefs:- “a) That a writ in the nature of certiorari may very kindly be issued and impugned order dated 09.12.2025 as per Annexure P-4 may very kindly be quashed and set aside. b) That a writ in the nature of mandamus may very kindly be issued thereby directing the respondents to grant the benefits of Higher Stage of pay i.e. 47,000/- to the petitioners from the date of completion of 2 years of regular services as School Lecturer/PGT in accordance with notification dated 06.09.2022 (Annexure P-2) of Himachal Pradesh Civil Service (Revised pay) Rules, 2022. c) That the That a writ in the nature of mandamus may very kindly be issued thereby directing the respondents to grant and release the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 actual monetary benefits i.e. arrears of salary from the due date alongwith 12% interest in time bound manner.” 3. The petitioner is aggrieved by Annexure P-4, dated 09.12.2025, in terms whereof, his representation has been rejected on the ground that the judgment passed in CWP No. 4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh Thakur and others vs. State of H.P. and others, has not yet attained finality as the Letters Patent Appeal is pending in the matter before the Hon'ble Division Bench. 4. Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and in the light of the fact that the Letters Patent Appeal filed by the State against the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench in Inder Singh's case (supra) is pending adjudication, this writ petition is disposed of by quashing Annexure P-4, dated 09.12.2025, with further direction that a fresh order shall be passed on the representation of the petitioner by the Authority within six weeks after the decision by the Hon'ble Division Bench in Inder Singh Thakur's case (supra).
