The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing and setting aside the Expression of Interest (EOI) dated 15/04/2026 issued by the Respondent No. 3 for empanelment of service providers for deployment of manpower in Government hospitals across the State of Chhattisgarh (filed as ANNEXURE P/1), being arbitrary, unreasonable, and violative of established procurement norms; 10.2 Pass any other order(s) or direction(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the State pointed out that the petitioner along with other 14 bidders have made a representation before the authority which is under consideration and the same would be decided within a day or two. 3. In view of the above, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter expecting the authority concerned to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and if the petitioner would have any 3 grievance against the same, he would be at liberty to take recourse to law.
