This application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed seeking correction/modification in the order dated 27.04.2026 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 861/2026, whereby inadvertently the name of learned counsel for the applicant namely Mr. Arpit Parakh has not been reflected in the said
judgment/order, though he had appeared on behalf of the applicant in the matter.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant had filed Bail Application before this Court bearing MCRC No. 861/2026, which was decided vide order dated 27.04.2026, wherein Mr. Abhinav KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN
2 Shrivastava, Advocate and Ms. Garima Pancholi, Advocate had appeared on behalf of the applicant along with Mr. Arpit Parakh, Advocate, and all of them had duly argued the matter, however, due to inadvertent omission, the name of Mr. Arpit Parakh, Advocate has not been reflected in the said order and therefore it is prayed that the order dated 27.04.2026 be suitably corrected/modifed by incorporating the name of Mr. Arpit Parakh, Advocate, as he had in fact appeared and argued the case.

The prayer made in the present petition appears to be just and reasonable, as it is evident from the record that Mr. Abhinav Shrivastava, Advocate, Ms. Garima Pancholi, Advocate and Mr. Arpit Parakh, Advocate had in fact appeared and argued the matter in MCRC No. 861/2026 decided vide order dated 27.04.2026, but due to inadvertent omission, the name of Mr. Arpit Parakh has not been reflected in the said
order.

Consequently, the present CRMP stands allowed and the order dated 27.04.2026 passed in MCRC No. 861/2026 is to be corrected to the extent that the name of Mr. Arpit Parakh, Advocate be read along with the names of Mr. Abhinav Shrivastava, Advocate and Ms. Garima Pancholi, Advocate, as having appeared for the applicant, to the extent indicated hereinabove.
5. Copy of this order be placed along with the main order dated 27.04.2026 passed in MCRC No. 861/2026. Sd/-
