JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 24-06-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. 2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.200 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The petitioners are accusing of committing theft in a house. 4. The petitioners are in custody since 25.02.2026. 5. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. 6. Learned APP for the State has vehemently Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41301 of 2026(2) dt.24-06-2026 2/2 opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. 7. Considering the period of custody of the petitioners, this bail application is allowed. 8. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai / concerned Court below, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.200 of 2023. 9. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioners shall also mark their attendance at Manjhaul Police Station, District- Begusarai on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. 10. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. pawan/- (Sandeep Kumar, J) U T
