The Petitioner in this writ application seeks to assail the eviction notice dated 15th May, 2026 passed by the Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar in Encroachment Case No.19 of 2026 initiated under Section 7 of the Odisha Prevention of Land Encroachment Act, 1972 (for brevity ‘the Act’). 3. Since the Petitioner has a remedy under Section 12 of the said Act, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the statutory remedy. 4. In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner may if so advised, move the Appellate Authority under Section 12 of the said Act assailing the notice of the eviction under Annexure-1 issued in Form-Kha. 5. The Petitioner is also at liberty to file an interim application before the Appellate Authority. 6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application. (K.R.
