Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by raising the grievance and claiming the retiral dues of her late husband, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 19/12/2025 before the respondent No.2, but in spite of the same also, the retiral dues i.e. death-cum-gratuity, GPF, GIS and leave encashment for a period of 17 year are not being released till date. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that if the representation is still pending before the respondent authorities, the same shall be decided in accordance with law and if the petitioner is entitled for the retiral dues and if the said retiral dues are undisputed, the same shall also be released within a period of 30 days period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the pleadings and documents. 5. It appears that the petitioner’s husband died on 02/07/2025 and the retiral dues of the petitioner are not being released by the respondents authorities and for which, she has submitted a representation dated 19/12/2025 before the respondent, hence, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2, to decide the same within a period of 30 3 days and if the petitioner is entitled for the retiral dues, the same be released immediately to the petitioner. 6.
