This is an o0ce reference. 2. This Court, vide order dated 12.06.2025 passed in MCRC No. 4391 of 2025, while rejecting the bail of the applicant, namely, Ashok Yadav, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certi<ed copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on one occasion also, this Court had granted extension of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 time for compliance of the order dated 12.06.2025. 4. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur District-Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 03.12.2025 has requested for grant of two months additional time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that eAorts are being made to secure the presence of the prosecution witnesses and to record their evidence by necessarily issuing bailable warrants through the Superintendent of Police / Inspector General of Police. As on date, the evidence of nine (09) witnesses have been recorded in the case. In respect of two (02) witnesses, time has been sought by the learned counsel for the accused for the purpose of cross-examination. The case is pending as the remaining material prosecution witnesses have not appeared. It is respectfully prayed that an additional period of approximately two (02) months may kindly be granted so that the evidence of all witnesses may be recorded and the judgment may be pronounced. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a certi<ed copy of this order. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o7 with the aforesaid direction. 8.
