During the course of hearing, a specific query was put to learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether, subsequent to 18.06.2018, the property in question had been sold or otherwise alienated by Respondent No. 2, to any third party. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that no such sale or alienation has taken place after the aforesaid order. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, it is apparent that since the property has not been transferred or sold by Respondent No. 2 to any third party after the order dated 18.06.2018, no contempt is made out against Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 4.
