1. The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 02.12.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-32030-2024.

In compliance of the order dated 02.12.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-32030-2024, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 14.05.2026 of Dr. Manoj Kumar, IAS, Commissioner, Food and Drugs Administration, Haryana, along with order dated 10.04.2026 (Annexure R-1) and order dated 12.05.2026 (Annexure R-2), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 in the Court. The same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
