1. Heard.
2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside / quash the order dated 30.03.2026 (Ann.P-4) passed by respondent no.4 Food Controller Durg, Distt. Durg (C.G.). 10.2 Any other relief deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that the proceedings have been initiated by the Food Controller, Durg in Case No.33/2025-2026 and a final order is yet to be passed . He submits that the Court may direct the said authority to conclude the proceedings expeditiously.
4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner has already deposited the entire stock. He further submits that the petitioner is presently running the subject shop.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly considering the fact that the proceedings are already been initiated in Case No.33/2025-2026., the Food Controller Durg is
directed to conclude the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the Petition is finally
disposed of. Sd/-
