1. Today State respondents are not represented.
2. However, petitioner and respondent nos.6 to 8 are represented by learned advocates.
3. It appears from the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that Streedhan articles were recovered after the order passed by this Court on 22nd April, 2026 with the assistance of the concerned police authority.
4. Learned advocate representing the respondent nos.6 to 8 has submitted that on 25th April, 2026 Streedhan articles were taken from the residence of the private respondents and seizure list was prepared.
5. However, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that there are other articles which are yet to be recovered.
6. Since steps have been taken by the concerned police authority by providing assistance to recover Streedhan articles as it appears from the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and respondent nos.6 to 8, grievance of the petitioner is substantially redressed.
7. Hence, present writ petition is disposed of.

8. However, if petitioner finds that certain other articles which are also required to be recovered, petitioner shall be at liberty to take steps, in accordance with law.
9. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon usual undertakings.
